Francisco's "GodFather of Skating" and the Black Rock Rollers
every Saturday and Sunday night at the Redwood
Roller Rink in Redwood City Ca.
Normally we skate every Sunday in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park at Skatin' Place @ 6th Ave. and Kennedy Drive, and also we skate on the playa at our theme camp, the Black Rock Roller Disco But when night falls in the Bay Area, we roll indoors at the Redwood Roller Rink. Here we get our skate groove on to the old school funk and roller disco hits. We celebrate birthdays and even get into the Hokie Pokie and the Cupid Shuffle when the time is right. |

On Saturdays nights, the doors open at 8:30 P.M. and we roll until 11:00 P.M. Saturday nights are open to everyone, so bring the family and we'll all have a great time. On Sunday nights the doors open at 7:30 P.M. and we roll until 10:30 P.M. This is Adult night and we roll to a variety of old funk, new funk and your favorite requests. This is "grown folks music" and you must be 25 and older to participate. You must have a valid ID to prove your age. ENTRY FEES 10:00 per person. $4:00 for roller skate rentals. |
